DMCA Policy

"Sfilata Burberry Trench" is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for filing counter-notifications in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on "Sfilata Burberry Trench" infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written DMCA Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information. Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information. Please note that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that material or activity is not infringing.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Sfilata Burberry Trench" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
